Wenliesu, a Chinese-Indonesian who moved to Malaysia at a young age, is a trailblazer in the beauty education field. In 2012, she founded ST Hair Beauty Academy, and by 2015, she decided to dedicate herself fully to beauty industry training. Over the years, she has trained over 5,000 students, earning her the title of “Gold Medal Beauty Industry Mentor” in Malaysia.

Wenliesu firmly believes that the best way to learn is to teach. Alongside continually enhancing her own skills, she passionately shares business management strategies with her students. She actively encourages them to participate in local and international beauty competitions, providing them with opportunities to exchange experiences with global competitors and mentors, and to explore diverse beauty cultures and practices.

Under her guidance, her students have achieved remarkable success, winning numerous awards since 2018, including championship titles in various beauty competitions. Wenliesu herself has earned multiple accolades, including the prestigious Master Award in 2022. She has been invited to serve as a judge at international beauty competitions in Taiwan, China, Thailand, and Singapore.

In 2023, Wenliesu became a certified technical trainer accredited by the Malaysian government and was nominated for the “100 Most Influential People” Award. Her commitment to professional growth led her to earn a diploma in Beauty Management from Raffles University, reinforcing her belief that success in the beauty industry requires both technical expertise and effective business management skills.
