(E6P) Eyelash Extension - Model Styling Design


1. Competition Rules

(1) Competition Tasks

    1. Creative Freedom:
    • Participants are free to choose their design themes without any style restrictions.
    • The use of various materials and decorative techniques is encouraged to showcase unique design ideas and artistic styles.
    1. Mannequin Head Requirements:
    • Material Requirements: Mannequin heads must conform to the specified type, with options for human hair, synthetic fiber, or bald models to accommodate makeup and hairstyling.
    • Cleanliness: Mannequin heads must be clean and tidy, free of oil stains, glue residue, or any other contamination.
    1. Eyelash Specifications:
    • Lash color is unrestricted.
    • Lashes of various lengths, thicknesses, and curls are permitted.
    • All lash fans must be hand-crafted (pre-made fans such as YY/V/W-type or cluster lashes are prohibited).
    1. Makeup, Hair, and Decorations:
    • Makeup and Hairstyling: Makeup and hairstyling must be coordinated with the eyelash design, enhancing the overall visual appeal without overshadowing the lashes.
    • Accessory Coordination: The use of elements such as feathers, pearls, sequins, and flowers is encouraged but should not obscure the main eyelash design.

 

(2) Prohibited Actions

    1. The use of pre-made lash fans (e.g., YY/V/W-type lashes, pre-made clusters, or three-leaf/five-leaf lashes) is strictly prohibited.
    2. Mannequin heads that do not match the organizer’s specifications or are damaged are not allowed.
    3. Decorations that completely cover the eyelash design or are inconsistent with the theme are prohibited.
    4. Including personal information or identifiers such as names or logos in the design.
    5. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

 

2. Competition Process

(1) Submission and Display

    1. Contestants must submit their artworks to the designated area at least 1 hour before the competition begins. Late submissions will be treated as a withdrawal from the competition.
    2. After submission, the organizer will assign a unique number to each artworks. Contestants are not allowed to add any marks or identifiers.
    3. Judges will evaluate the work based on the established criteria, considering technical, creative, and overall performance.

 

(2) Work Retrieval

    1. After the judging process is complete, contestants can collect their artworks from the designated location at 5:00 PM on the day of the competition.
    2. Contestants must show their contestant number to verify their identity and retrieve their work. Any unclaimed works will be handled by the organizer after the deadline.
