    1. Competition Rules

(1) Competition Content

    1. Left Brow Pre-Completion:
    • Participants must complete the left brow design on a silicone practice skin before the competition. This serves as a critical reference for on-site judging. The left brow design must align with the design draft and showcase a natural style with clear layers in the hair strokes.
    1. Design Draft Creation and Display:
    • Participants must prepare a design draft of the line brow in advance and display it on their workstation during the competition for judges’ reference. The draft must include a complete brow shape outline and hair flow directions, with clear markings and detailed annotations.
    1. Right Brow On-Site Completion:
    • Participants must execute the natural-style line brow design on the right brow area of the silicone practice skin based on their design draft. The right brow must match the left brow in terms of hair flow direction, depth levels, and overall style.

(2) Competition Time

    • The competition duration is 30 minutes. All actions must be completed within the time limit.

(3) Contestant Grooming Requirements

    1. Dress Code: Contestants must wear the uniform provided by the organizer, paired with appropriate pants and shoes to reflect a professional image.
    2. Hair Requirements: Hair must be neatly styled, clean, and well-groomed. If the hair is long, it may be tied back to maintain cleanliness and professionalism.
    3. Overall Appearance: Contestants must maintain a tidy and clean appearance, without excessive accessories or heavy makeup, to ensure a professional look.

(4) Silicone Practice Skin Requirements

    1. Style:
    • Participants must bring their own silicone practice skin identical to the organizer’s specified style (refer to the provided image).
    • The practice skin must include a standard brow bone structure with designated areas for left and right brow designs.
    1. Size:
    • The size may vary depending on the manufacturer, but the style must meet the specified standards.

(5) Design Draft Requirements

    1. Content: The design draft must include:
    • Brow Shape Outline: A complete and clear brow shape.
    • Hair Flow Directions: The arrangement and direction of hair strokes.
    1. Format and Size:
    • The draft must be printed on an A4 sheet and displayed on the workstation during the competition.
    1. Consistency with Final Work:
    • The final work must strictly follow the design draft. Significant deviations from the draft will result in point deductions.

(6) Tools and Products

    1. Tools: Tools include microblading pens (manual or machine blades) and auxiliary tools (e.g., rulers, arc guides, measurement lines).
    2. Products: The pigment color must be dark brown. No other colors are allowed. All pigments must be professional-grade and suitable for use on silicone materials.
