Willy Soo Siong Chung is a celebrated hairstylist, barber, and entrepreneur, known for redefining men’s grooming and hairstyling standards in Malaysia and beyond. As the Founder of HITBARBER_KotaKinabalu, Willy has made an indelible mark on the barbering industry, combining exceptional talent, innovative techniques, and a passion for excellence.

Over the years, Willy has earned numerous accolades, cementing his position as a leader in the field. Among his achievements are the World Skill Malaysia Champion (2017), World Skill ASEAN Bronze Medalist (2018), and MIVA Asia International Men Trend Cut Champion (2023). In addition, he was a Top 10 Finalist in Groomify Color & Cut (2018) and a Finalist in the Andis International Copy the Cut Competition (2022). His dedication to the craft is further reflected in his victory at the MNTA Sabah Men’s Creative Haircut (Champion) competition.

As an experienced industry leader, Willy has also contributed as an organizer and educator. In 2023, he served as the Chairman of the Borneo Barber Battle Suria Sabah, showcasing his commitment to developing the barbering community. In 2024, Willy was appointed Judge Leader for MNTA Sabah and became a Judge for Makeup Competitions. His expertise and influence were recognized with the Best Hairstylist Elite Award Sabah (2024).
