1. Competition Objective

This competition aims to evaluate participants’ creativity, technical skills, and overall coordination of styling using mannequin heads. Participants are required to design complete works with strong visual impact and artistic expression by integrating eyelash designs, makeup, hairstyles, and decorative elements. The designs should either follow a specific theme or a self-selected concept that complements the features of the mannequin head.

2. Scoring Criteria

• Creative Expression: The work must demonstrate unique creativity and personal style with a clear and innovative theme.
• Technical Details: Eyelash arrangements must be neat and consistently aligned, fan-making techniques should be precise, and glue application should be clean and tidy.
• Coordination of Makeup, Hair, and Styling: The integration of makeup and hairstyling with eyelash design should be harmonious and consistent with the theme, enhancing the overall artistic impact.
• Overall Aesthetic: The work must exhibit strong visual impact, logical layout, and a harmonious and unified overall effect.
