(E2L) Eyelash Extension - 3D Natural Volume Design



1.Competition Rules

(1) Competition Content

    1. Eyelash Color Requirement:
    • Lashes must be black round lashes, with consistent color and uniformity. Other colors or gradient lashes are not allowed.
    1. Eyelash Specifications:
    • Length: 12mm
    • Thickness: 0.07mm
    • Curl: CC-curl
    1. Pre-applied Left Side:
    • Participants must complete 25 lash fans on the left side before the competition. This pre-applied work will serve as a critical reference for evaluation. The left-side application must exhibit uniform fans, consistent direction, and overall balance.
    1. Right-side Application Onsite:
    • Participants are required to complete 25 lash fans on the right side during the competition. The right-side application must match the left side in style, direction, and symmetry.
    1. Application Method:
    • Lashes must be applied manually to the designated eyelash area on a silicone mannequin head. Glue bonds must be clean and free of excess residue.
    • Each lash fan must consist of 3 hand-crafted round lashes, with the curvature being natural and uniform.
    • The use of auxiliary tools (e.g., lifting devices) to alter the position or direction of lashes is prohibited.

(2) Competition Time

    • The competition duration is 30 minutes. All actions must be completed within the time limit.

(3) Contestant Grooming Requirements

    1. Dress Code: Contestants must wear the uniform provided by the organizer, paired with appropriate pants and shoes to reflect a professional image.
    2. Hair Requirements: Hair must be neatly styled, clean, and well-groomed. If the hair is long, it may be tied back to maintain cleanliness and professionalism.
    3. Overall Appearance: Contestants must maintain a tidy and clean appearance, without excessive accessories or heavy makeup, to ensure a professional look.

(4) Silicone Mannequin Head Requirements

    1. Model Specifications:
    • Participants must use a mannequin head without eyelashes, as specified by the organizer (refer to provided image for reference).
    1. Dimensions:
    • Dimensions may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, but the mannequin head must conform to the specified design and style.

(5) Tools and Products

    1. Tools: Tweezers (separation tweezers and application tweezers), adhesive tape, lash tiles/glue tiles, glue paper pads, blowers, lash combs, and task lighting.
    2. Products: Round lashes, eyelash glue (medium drying time).
    3. Extension Cords: Contestants must bring their own extension cords; the organizer will only provide one electrical outlet per participant.

 

(6) Prohibited Actions

    1. The use of pre-made lash fans (e.g., YY/V/W-type lashes, pre-made clusters, or three-leaf/five-leaf lashes) is strictly prohibited.
    2. Mannequin heads that do not meet the organizer’s specified standards are not allowed.
    3. The use of auxiliary tools or non-compliant tools to adjust lash positioning is prohibited.
    4. Any pre-processing or modifications to the right lash application area before the competition is prohibited.

2. Safety and Hygiene
(1) Tools and Products

    1. All competition tools (e.g., tweezers, lash combs) must be pre-cleaned and sanitized using heat or alcohol.
    2. Tools and products used during the competition must meet international safety standards.

(2) Work Area Cleanliness

    1. Contestants must ensure that their workstations (tables and chairs) are tidy, with no tools, products, or waste left behind.
    2. After the competition, contestants should promptly clean up their tools and products and restore the workstation to a tidy condition.

3. Competition Process
(1) Pre-Competition Preparation

    1. Contestant Check-in:
    • Contestants must arrive at the designated area at least 15 minutes before the competition starts for check-in.

(2) Competition Segment

    1. Competition Start: Contestants have 30 minutes to complete all actions.
    2. Competition End: Contestants must stop immediately when time is up. Any unfinished work will not be counted in the scoring.
