1. Competition Objective

This competition aims to evaluate participants’ professional skills in creative 3D nail art sculpture, focusing on sculpture as the core element. Through innovative designs, participants must demonstrate their sculpture techniques, artistic expression, and overall style coordination. The submitted work must adhere to the theme “Dreamland Fantasy”, showcasing the beauty of combining fantasy and dreamlike elements.

2. Scoring Criteria

• Sculpture as the Core: The sculpture must be the primary component of the design, occupying at least 70% of the nail surface.
• Detail and Expression: The sculpture must exhibit precision, depth, and clear three-dimensionality, with well-defined and intricate details.
• Overall Coordination: The combination of sculpture and other design elements must be harmonious and consistent. Colors and composition must align with the “Dreamland Fantasy” theme.
• Technical Proficiency: UV sculpture gel must be applied with expertise, and operations must be smooth.
• Hygiene and Neatness: Tools and procedures must meet hygiene requirements, and the final result should be clean and free of stains.
