    1. Competition Rules

(1) Competition Tasks

    1. Pre-Competition Completion:

Participants must complete four nail designs (index finger, ring finger, pinky finger, and thumb) on the mechanical hand before the competition. These designs must exhibit a cohesive style.

    1. On-Site Completion:
    • Participants must complete the nail design for the middle finger of the mechanical hand during the competition.
    • The sculpture must be created manually using UV sculpture gel.
    • The sculpture’s height must not exceed 2.5mm, and the design must reflect creativity and intricate details.
    • Sculptures must cover at least 70% of the nail surface, with the remaining portion allowing for suitable embellishments (e.g., decorative elements).
    1. Completion Requirements:
    • All nails must be coated with a top coat to protect the sculpture and ensure a smooth overall finish.
    • The design for the on-site completed nail must match the style of the pre-completed nails and align with the “Dreamland Fantasy” theme.

(2) Competition Time

    • The competition duration is 30 minutes. All actions must be completed within the time limit.

(3) Competition Theme

    • “Dreamland Fantasy”: The design must combine natural elements (e.g., flowers, stars, wings) with fantasy art, creating a blend of dreamlike scenes and surreal creativity.

(4) Rules for Embellishments

    • Embellishments such as rhinestones, pearls, and metal pieces are permitted as accents but must not cover more than 30% of the nail surface.
    • Embellishments must complement the sculpture’s design and align with the overall theme.

(5) Contestant Grooming Requirements

    1. Dress Code: Contestants must wear the uniform provided by the organizer, paired with appropriate pants and shoes to reflect a professional image.

(7) Nail Requirements

    • Participants must use standard pre-manufactured nails, and custom-made nails are not allowed.
